The ability to breath, speak, see, feel, touch, jump...all of these things, and more, is something to praise God for. And I know this is probably a message that all have heard before, but to me it is important to be thankful daily. Even in the little things. When you wake up in the morning just say "good morning God, and thank You Lord!"  Practice here what it will be like there every day. Can you imagine if all of us lived with that mindset?
