Here is a Summer event to cool you down . The DC Scoop Saturday | July 18, 2015 | 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Union Market  1309 5th Street N.E. DC’s sweetest event is back! Join us on Saturday July 18th from 1pm-4pm for frozen treats and savory snacks from your favorite ice cream shops and local food trucks. This Year’s Participants Milk Cult Little Baby’s Ice Cream Gifford’s King of Pops Carmen’s NiceCream Ice Cream Jubilee Faithfully Sweet Dangerously Delicious Pies Suga Mama Sweets And More! The event will be held in Dock 5 and the alley behind the market.
